Il Molteni Museum si rinnova con la mostra "Museum 2D" a cura di Ron Gilad

As part of Milano MuseoCity 2025, the Molteni Museum marks its tenth anniversary with “Museum 2D”, an exhibition curated by Ron Gilad, dedicated to the history of graphic design and communication within the Molteni Group.

The exhibition explores the intersection of design and communication through catalogues, advertisements, posters, and promotional materials that have shaped the visual identity of Molteni&C, UniFor, Dada, and Citterio. It highlights collaborations with photographers, graphic designers, and art directors, featuring works by renowned artists such as Gabriele Basilico, Luigi Ghirri, and Studio Azzurro.

A dedicated section showcases the evolution of the company’s logos, iconic advertising campaigns, and multimedia projects like House of Molteni.

An installation inspired by the legendary 1978 Salone del Mobile kite further enriches the exhibition experience.

At the same time, the newly revamped Molteni Theatre will be inaugurated. Redesigned by Ron Gilad, this space continues its role as a multimedia hub, featuring a curated selection of films, videos, and historical pieces from Molteni&C and UniFor’s collections.
